Pham sushi 159 Whitecross street, London EC1Y 8JL near old st tube
This is my favorite sushi place in london plus its ten minutes walk from my flat. It’s pretty busy all the time so definitely need to book. The menu is pretty standard but everything is super fresh, epically yummy and perfectly prepared. All the dishes I’ve tried have been amazing over many visits with peoples and pals and I can comfortably say the food is brilliant. Last few visits they have sold out of nasu dengaku(miso grilled aubergine) which is one of my favorite things to eat ever so will have to do a mini review when I get to try theirs. They deliver within mile radius which is not as good as eating in especially when they pack your sashimi on top of the miso so it gets weirdly cooked.
It got a silly review from Time Out focusing on the decor and it doesn’t look like much from outside but the inside is very simple, clean and friendly. Silly old Time Out.
